The fee for most neuropsychological evaluations is 2500 to 3500 dollars, which includes an initial consultation, all testing, a feedback session and a written report. We are able to accept debit and credit cards via Paypal, and you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to utilize this system.One half the fee is expected at the first evaluation appointment, one quarter at the second, and the final payment at the feedback session.

Dr. Avidor is not on any HMO panels at this time. If your insurance allows for out of network providers, then you may be able to utilize your coverage. However, payment is expected when services are rendered, and our office will provide you with a receipt and any assistance needed in completing your medical claim forms.

 

When contacting your insurance carrier, please note that some insurers cover neuropsychological testing under mental health, while others cover these services under medical.

 

Please speak with Dr. Avidor before submitting payment to determine the appropriate fee to be paid.
